When the daughters become mothers.
Treat all the children equally.
Trust the unique capabilities of each child.
Teach sons to respect women.

Don’t tolerate physical abuse.
Don’t tolerate verbal abuse.
Don’t shield the sons from emotional attachment.
Don’t burden daughters with implicit biases.
